Facility Access
(5-7 days set-up)
Access to the Blue Book at the facility level is set-up for an unlimited number of users. The course is set-up to enable a designated administrator at that facility to run reports and print completions of this course for the facility's training files. Each user is required to complete the course and the quiz questions to obtain a certificate of completion.
This facility-accessed course is hosted through HealthStream. Your facility does not need to be a HealthStream customer in order to access, however if it is, the course can be added into your existing HealthStream eLearning platform.
Cost: $400 for a 2 year facility annual subscription.
Individual Access

Access to the Blue Book at an individual level will allow you immediate access to this module. A certificate of completion is available after the course and quiz questions have been completed.
